Sort of. I think the way CA works is that they can't have removeable magazines and they can't hold more than 10 rounds.
 
Good for Heat re-enactments and very intimidating for bank robberies. Even better for New Mexico and Arizona border patrol, where you can shoot mexicans w/o breaking the law. Congrats.
