I was told to expect an elite title in a couple days when I left for the weekend on Friday, so it was a bit of a surprise when I came on today :p

How do you get the title "soundman" when others (including me) actually are (were in my case) soundmen?

or are you actually a soundguy? mea culpa if so

I've posted in just about every audio thread in the past few months?

(I didn't ask for "soundman")

If by "soundguy" you mean a guy who has a job working in sound, then no.

I've always had Jello as my name... I was a lifer before this... is that what you mean?

Just searched for speakers in GH, I've posted in 47 out of the last 60 threads that had "speakers" in the title or summary.

EDIT: searched in Peripherals, 26/31 had posts by me.

I admit there are several people on here that know more than I do, but I think I get around to more audio threads than most people... I'd love it if there were more people giving advice to people buying audio equipment.

I know Excelsior, Astrallite, and a few other people get around a ton also.

Here is my latest toy... Text It's called a Halo2 and it has nothing to do with the videogame. Super high quality, freaky sharp knife. :p

Actually, it is designed as a Special Forces knife for cutting yourself loose from a parachute should you become stuck in a tree. Our military buys these for Special Ops guys. ;)

I just dig the gadget factor of stuff like this. :D

Yeah, I try. Not as hard as you do though.
