I got a couple suggestions and tried to think of something good to do, but I guess I'm not very creative. (Sorry, no uber-rant either, I've never been banned and don't plan on it anytime soon)

If anyone cares, I went back and found my first post here. 🙂

Been posting since 2/22/2002, but I still had 360 posts as of Feb 18th this year at which time I looked in a "how long will it take you to become a lifer" thread and figured out I had about 99 years left at my current rate of the time before I'd reach 10,000. So, 185 days later and here I am.

I admit a decent portion of my posts were just junk from nightcrew, but I've tried to make useful posts in GH, Peripherals, Video, and Tech Support along the way too. (Thanks to a bunch of guys here I've learned a lot about computers and other electronic equipment over the past few years that I've been able to turn around and answer questions like my own I had when I first came here looking for advice)

I don't want to make a list of the people who have become friends of mine here, because I'm afraid I'll miss somebody. You know who you are 🙂

Thanks to everyone who makes AT such a fun place to spend time. I hope this doesn't come off as brown-nosing, but I'd like to thank the mods too for keeping this place relatively good clean fun :thumbsup:

I thought to commemorate one of the biggest decisions AT helped me with, I'd post some content in this thread and give you some pics of my beautiful speakers that I'm enjoying a great deal. Thanks for everyone who helped me with them (again, you know who you are 🙂)

Wow 185 days, not bad. My post rate is pretty low, but I've risen up a lot by neffing and contributing during summer work. I'm my postcount is up 3000 from the beginning of summer.

Yep, but I was "crazy" for my avatar for the first couple years... not that I posted enough for anyone to recognize me.

I changed to nerdguy when I saw that he was an exact match for me except that I have a beard because I'm lazy.

I can have a few days where I go nuts and have >100 ppds in the summer, but otherwise I'm pretty stable.
