I sold an iphone to a guy in Italy in late July. I sent it insured through the PO and paid for a form the buyer had to sign or he/she could not receive the item. If it was not signed the item would be mailed back to me. If it was signed, the form would be mailed back to me.

Last week he emails me saying he never received it and that there was a package that showed up in early August but was being held and he needed my mailing info. I sent an email with the info and today he files a paypal dispute because he never received the item. I never received the form or the iphone back. I responded to the dispute with all the info I put here.

So, you sent USPS to some place outside of the US. Don't think I would do that if I cared about the value of the item.
