Well finally broke down and bought a radeon 32mb ddr from Buy.com

just ordered it this morning for 175 - 30 dollar coupon, grand total of 151 which was less than what I would have spent if I bought it locally and had waited the weeks or whatever for the rebate. I will let you all know how my experience goes when I get it in.

Speak of the Devil, I did just that exact same thing on Thursday! It was the begining of my downfall however, because since I had such an awesome video card on the way, I would need a new CPU,Globalwin cooler, Artic Silber and shoot, a motherboard along with it! Since I have such a nice video card, it made sense to get an IIyama monitor.

ehh I am just going to keep my celeron 300a @ 450 on my bh6 for a little while longer untill I upgrade to a pentium 3 600 or maybe something better, who knows. Good luck with it
 
It's so danm tempting. I've been wanting to get a Radeon too, but I heard they have terrible W2K driver. So I'm gonna camp a little but longer.
 
I couldnt camp any longer I needed to get something , now it sucks cause I havent even gotten it yet and I am allready thinking of another cpu/mobo upgrade
 
I'm running that driver with my 64meg Retail radeon. My card runs great in Win98SE, W2K performance blows.

I have a 1.1gig Athlon running at 1250 in a KT7-Raid all scsi system that dual boots Win98SE &amp; W2K.
