Virtually all updates/patches from Microsoft can be silpstreamed.

Frequently more of a PITA to setup than it is to just run windows update though.

And as Chunkee mentioned (with the exception of his murp obsession tonight) you can include drivers, apps, etc.

You wanna see long try reloading an HP a1250n. Last time I did one it took 16 hours (thats from the 2 dvd's not the recovery partion, not including the time taken to remove HP's crap).
