Well a crappy start of day for me!!

I normaly get to work about an hour early so insted of hanging around work doing nothing I decided I need to go and put some gas in my truck, so there I am sitting in the turn lane at Villa and Shaw waiting for the lite to turn green, as soon as it does I let off the clutch and right as I am turning onto Shaw inside lane I feel
my backend start to come loose <btw it was raining>and Im doing about 20 to 30 mph in the turn, I start to let off the gas but I seem to hit a oil patch next thing I know before I could correct any slide im already sideways and still sliding, I do a 360 then a 180 and slam into the curb, my head smack the door window

I drive the truck into a Burgerking parking lot and I notice a a massive wobble from front and rear tire and a nice grinding noise from the back end, I get out of my truck and see both rims are bent in, It seem I could have dmg my rear axle but wont know what if any dmg was done till it goes into the shop in the next hour
or so when they pick it up.

Now hear I am with a splitting headache and debating if I should go to the hospital, most likely I will considering what could happen if it s server bump or not.

That does suck, but it could have been worse. You should have your head checked out.

You could of died!!!!!!!! (as in being worse) umm you might have internal bleeding or something if your head really did hit into the windows. I would suspect everything is fine but it's better to be safe then sorry.
