Welcome Screen Spinning Circle Problem

Hi guys how are you?

So I`m with a strange issue that just started today (Some hours ago)

Wgen i boot my system or restart or shutdown the spiining circle does not spins anymore, it`s hard to explain but it stays stuck

The system boot normal, restart and login at same speed than before

I found i guy with the same issue but no answer and he posted the image, i think it will be easier to understand:

Anyonw knows how to come back to normal state?

Please post your computer hardware specs (make, model, mobo, graphics card, etc.) and whether or not you have a Windows 7 installation disk.
 
Boot your Windows installation disk and when you get to the Install Windows screen select the Repair option (lower left corner of screen) instead. Windows will automatically scan your OS for boot problems and attempt to repair them. Run this procedure first and post back with the result. If this doesn't fix the problem there are more steps to be taken, but try this first.

No matters 🙂

But if i find the solution will be better, anyway the system appears to be working as it should be

It`s just a weird thiing that i would like to know why or what caused this
