Welcome to Team AnandTech SETI! :D

We are now 2,880 members strong. :)

I would like to introduce our newest member:

Coquito ---- Rank 2880 New ---- 0 Wus :sun: ---- Mentor: Phiton
Here is your Personal Stats Machine

Your personal mentor will be contacting you shortly.

He may not be able to contact you if you don?t have PMs enabled (Allow Private Messages) ? you can do that in your profile. :)

We hope you drop by often and say hello. ;)

We like to recommend that all of our new members go to the following link:

How to run SETI and Join TeAm AnandTech

Once you have your SetiDriver setup and working properly it is recommended that you use one of the TeAm's SetiQueues.
This will insure you have WUs to crunch when the Seti Server is down.
How To configure your SetiDriver to use a TeAm SetiQueue. :)

Our Mentor TeAm <----- :wine:<clink>:wine: Kudos to our "Big Brothers" :)

ok, it took a while(can i tweak anything to speed it up a little), but i finally finished my first wok unit. i assume it's autmatically sent to seti & documented on the stats site. how often is that refreshed? thanks for helping me out guys, i've been up for a couple nights straight & this is all new territory to me.

The SETI site is basically updated in real time unless there are server problems (which are popping up lately). If you can't access a server configure your client to connect to a TeAm Anandtech SETIQueue for WUs untill the main servers come back up.

alright, i'm starting to move. i got that 1st unit up, but it's still saying i'm inactive. i'm connecting fine though. maybe it has something to do with my firewall. i had to shut it down once while registering. no biggie though, as long as the system is receiving something.

maybe i'm expecting too much from this rig, but the est. times kept increasing constantly, so i figured something was dragging.

I would say 4.7hrs/WU is about right for a P4 1.8GHz:) (I assume its a Willamette core?)I think ,what RAM does it have?
If your running CLI v3.03 then thats the fastest client (v3.08 is about 12% slower)
