Running F@H on my Inspiron 8100 laptop (1.0GHz PIII-M with PC133 RAM)...would do a SETI WU in about 5 hrs...no idea how it will do on these.

I'll be tossing a dual XP1800+ into the fold (yuk yuk yuk) later this week.
 
Well, according to the Folding Control monitor app I've finished one work unit (100 frames).

How do I verify it was uploaded to the Folding@Home server properly and the team gets credited?

I'm not sure how often Stanford updates the stats, but you can go here and look at the stats to see if it's been uploaded.

Statsman also has stats that show how many points you get. His is updated around every 6 hours.
 
Take a peek in your client.cfg file to make sure you have the right nic and team, just type in 198 for the team number. If this in there, you should show up on the team roster after you finish your first protein. There may be a slight delay ( they say 2+hrs) till your stats are updated.
