Sadly, I must await tomorrow's overnight delivery of SmartStart CD. Seems I had a bad one. They sit idle this evening :(

Are these the first of the burn-ins? :)

Could you use Klinux on them until the CD gets there?

Gotta love these guys...
Actually - I thought of that. Unfortunately these machines have 3 dual-port NIC's - and without setup, they can't see the network. They'd just be chomping randoms - and those would be lost on re-boot. <sigh> They must wait for tomorrow.:frown:

OH - and, no - these are just machines for my home office... :)

Danc,
I like those 3000Rs! :) We have 3 of them at work, (they only have single 300mhz in them) and they are real workhorses. :)

Man, I'm envious that you have them at home. Dang nice home "office" ! :D

Dag,
Those Compaq Proliants will do just fine at RC5! :) Even the older ones.

We have a Proliant 800 dual Ppro200 that we use as a development web server, and cracks 1.11MKeys/s, and I have a Proliant 800 dual PPro180@200 at home we use as a game server, that cracks as well.

:)
