Weired Issues With My PC

Everything was working fine for couple of days now when I turn on the pc nothing displays on the moniter. I turn the power on and off couple of times it works . It could be the card. My setup is
P4 3.4, Kingston 1 GB , Antec 430 WPS.

The first things I'd suggest to switch out with "known good" components would be the video card and/or the monitor. Does the machine sound like it's booting all the way up, even when the screen is blank?

Looks like the machine boots all the way up, I hear HD's spinning. Another thing I noticed the when the pc boots up, intel screen stays on for about 2-3 minutes is that normal.

I also checked the cpu temp 73C and cpu rpm is 1880

Erm, that CPU temp is pretty high, even for a Prescott. Leave that machine off for now and list the complete specifications here for us. Most importantly dealing with the power supply and cooling hardware.

Here are the specs:-
P4 3.4 CPU
Kigston 1GB (512x2)
BFG Tech 6600 GT
Plextor dvdrw and sony dvd rom
Antec 430 W PS. I also have USB mouse , printer, scanner, 4 case fans with Zalman CNPS7700-Cu in a lian-li case.

I looked just know in the bios CPU zone temp 75c system zone 1 39C, systems zone 2 39C. Any sugestions ??
