Weirdness with Windows Explorer main view

Normal view for the main Explorer window is Detailed View, Arrange by Type, and Show in Groups. There are normally captions for each section - Files Stored on This Computer, Hard Disk Drives, Devices with Removable Storage, and Other.
Now my one system is showing Other, C, J, L, S.

Edit - well, ok. I clicked on Type to sort everything, and it's all back to normal now.
But still, what's up with C, J, L, and S?

Dunno, if it were me I'd just chalk it up to Windows' bugginess and forget about it
