Any idea why my MSI Pro 2/ Duron 650 / FOP32 / Micron 128 ...will post at 103x8.5 w/1.70 v. & will not post 100x8.5 ..at any voltage?

Well, I have it still at 103x8.5 ...but I have had to up the voltage to 1.8 to get it to come back up at boot. It may be that this will end up needing to go to 1.85 ...and then not hold. If I turn it off ...seems like when I reboot, I have to go higher on the voltage.
