Setup:
AMD Athlon 64 3700+ San Diego
DFI Lanparty UT NF4
2 GB RAM
WD 36GB Raptor
WD 250GB SATA
Geforce 6800 Ultra
Windows XP Home
WMP 10
Whenever I click on a video file, Windows seems to start lagging for about 5-10 seconds or so as if it's trying to load the preview on the side of Windows Explorer or something. After that, it goes back to normal. Then I click on a different video file, same thing happens. MPG, AVI, WMV, whatever. I have other older computers at home and none of them do this. It's not a major issue, just gets pretty annoying.
Anyone else ever experience this and have a possible fix?
