Weird windows error :(

WTF. When I try to open "Add/Remove programs" I get this error:

"Parser Message"
"Value creation failed " at line 472"

It sounds like a broken bit of code, and I just updated to SP1. What is going on?
 
I've seen that problem before....it's due to a missing/corrupted entry in the Registry, but I can't find the resolution right now. Give me a couple of hours if you can wait that long.

Have you got StylesXP?

If so, disable it and grab the latest version.
 
From what I gather, it only occurs with certain themes. Try changing your theme.
