okay i cant access mail2web.com or tvguide.com or mailbox.bellatlantic.net but i can run tracerts to all of them and they are there.
but i cant get my email it gets to the part of "receiving message 1 of xx" and then all network traffic freezes and i also cant join some irc servers. i think its win2k because my friends have no problem getting to these places and i have no problem getting to them on win 98. so if anyone has a clue on what's going on, i would really appreaciate the help =). thanks.
