Weird Win XP errors, turned out to be memory

Had my OC at settings in Signature for 2-3 days running stable. Then just a few hours ago starting getting Windows XP errors for " Entry point not found" for Explorer.exe, Rundll32.exe, etc linked to the dynamic link library.

Would lock up or crash to reboot. Sometimes make it back into windows, sometimes just loop rebooting.

Tried system restore, no good. Prime 95 would start failing by test 2.

Then my system would not boot with OC settings. Thought MAN am I in for it.

Final ran Memtest just to check, sure enough Errors all over the place. So I did the, use just 2 sticks, run Memtest, Passed, replace one stick, wash rinse repeat.

Everything passed, Hmmmmmm, reset all 4 sticks, All Pass, reset OC settings, All pass.
Boot to windows, No Problems. Stress test again, no issues, all pass.

Weird.

Anyone else OC a GA-X48-DQ6 with 4 sticks of Memory having "unusal" errors pop up?

Regards,
