Weird voltage problem...

OK, I'm running a 1.2ghz Athlon... And I found when I don't OC it I can go down to 1.475 Volts... But inorder to OC it, even to just 1.33, my voltage has to be above 1.800, any reason for this?

I like a low voltage so my temp stays low

I think its normal. Many ppl here had been able to run at lower voltage on rated speed. Bout tht O/Cing, it's necessary to up the vcore to gain stability. Ur system is fine.
