Weird Virus! Formatting the computer doesnt get rid of it.

Sorry I didnt make that as clear as I should of hehe. It is NOT plugged back into the network, and it has a firewall up on it. The incoming/outgoing is being blocked by the admins, so it just sits there trying to shoot out 30 billion/s ... but goes no where..

Did you try swapping the NIC?
