weird video thing

when i play this xvid video the people's faces are all blue and stuff. any idea what is wrong? i have the xvid codec so i dont think that is the issue.

the blue thing is from The Ring, the video is all bluish. and no im not watching teh smurfs lol, well unless jet li's career really hit the toilet and hes settling for a cameo..
