weird video problem

I recently installed a half a gig of RAM to make it a full GB and it seems that my computer is running a little slower. But just today when I was surfing around everything on my screen supersized. Everything was about 10 times the size of normal. I checked my videocards temperature and it was all right. I am running Windows XP, I have a Dell 4600, and my videocard is aleadtek 6600 GT.
