This is what happens...
I run the computer and after a period of time I get a black screen. No screen saver or power conserving (already checked that) so I decided to run 3dmark trying to stress out the video card to see if the video card could be the problem. Well during the tests it goes almost black screen with white 1/2" by 1/2" squares randomly around the screen. So I figure its the video card. Replace the card and it still does the same thing. Also, when I have the owner send me a remote request any video I try and run, it shows up fine to both of us. But when he runs it by himself, it has psychedelic colors all through it....
Any ideas?
Motherboard maybe? Bad new video card?
