weird verizon problem

I have an audiovox 9155 on verizon, and everytime someone calls my phone while it is turned off it forwards to my friend Matts voice mail. The thing is, he is on ATT not verizon. Whenever I try to access my own voicemail, it goes to his not mine. This does not make any sense and it is frustrating me.

Not to be a jerk, but call Verizon Wireless. It may be a problem with their system or something that they can fix on their end.
