Weird TrueCrypt error says it won't mount because the host is already in use

I am having trouble mounting one disk,it says that the disk is in use but that is BS, I had this problem before once and just pushed this disk on the backburner for later. Well later is now and I need to read this disk.
Anyone know what to do?
