Ok two things:
1. I had ordered a BFG 6800GT off of PCavailable.com on Wednesday (24th), received an email with the tracking number on Friday (26th) and guess what? The tracking number doesn't work. I sent an email to Sales on Saturday (27th) telling them that it was wrong, and they didn't reply (I expected a reply by today since I know they don't work on weekends). I then sent another email to Customer Service a few minutes ago and I hope they get it. I know it's a bit overkill but I don't want to be losing a 400 video card. Any opinions or past experience with this vendor?
2. My house has recently been getting "stalker" phone calls about 4 or 5 days after I placed my orders on like 15 items, about 2000 dollars worth. A guy calls saying his name is Kevin. He knows my mom's name, which is scary as f'ing hell, but the thing is I placed my mom's original name (she has two names, she changed the original one a while back) when I placed the orders. And before the calls, some guys came to our house in a big truck and told my mom to go outside to look at some furniture they were selling. My mom ain't stupid and told them to f off (she didn't say that but she meant it) and since that we've been getting the calls. She filed a complaint down at the police center this morning, and the guy assigned to our case said he'd track down the number and find the guy (hopefully). I'm just worried and scared like a little dog because the guys with the truck and "Kevin" might be the same person. If that's true he'd know our address, phone number, and my mom's f'ing name. Anyone ever have this experience (I know this is a dumb question but I don't know what else to do) and help me out a bit? Thanks.:disgust:
