weird thing to happen as im waking up....

so apparently as im rustling around about 4am before i apparently was going to go to the bathroom or something , i hear BAM! , apparently my foot slammed into the window alongside my bed and pretty much cracked it going 4 diff directions like a bullet hole hit it or something !!

any ideas on how much to fix this? its just one big glass pane, brand new windows, im renting this house from my parents so i'd prefer to fix it without they knowing..

thats what im saying', im thinking' it must have been chippd or cracked already, tho i never paid any attention to it since i have blinds & curtains....

it couldn't have been that hard because i know i didn't do it intentionally so didnt really put a lot of effort into the "kick" if you will, weird idk.

and for reference i wasnt sleepwalking just in bed which is up against the window and somehow my foot hit the window as i was moving about apparently.

Well if they are double pane windows there is a gas in there to keep them more efficient and it's not as easy as just replacing a piece of glass. You would have to have that entire section replaced. Go talk to the people that the windows came from and see what they say.

Logically you think:
It must have been broken before you kicked it, even though you didn't see this before.

haha update, talked to my stepdad (they own the house i rent)

seems there was a bb size hole in that window and apparently my hittin against it further damaged the window....

so im not crazy.
