Weird thing that happens on mozilla

When im surfing on mozilla and i have bf2 up, if i try to scroll it skips and its not smooth when i try to scroll down or up. I have no clue what this could be. Any one have same issue if they have any game running while surfing the internet?
 
i also tried opera and the same thing happens, everytime im in battlefield 2 and i minimize to scroll up and down, its not smooth, the screen skips everytime i scroll, could it be a video card issue? i have th most current up to date drivers so i dont kno why its a problem.
 
i have 2 gigs of ram, plus i think i figured out the problem, i have my battlefield 2 refresh rate at 70 and my desktop refresh rate also at 70 which didnt help, i raised my refresh rate on my desktop to 75 and now when i minimize to scroll in mozilla or opera it works fine.

this is weird, i have a system that is nearly identical to yours excpet my 3800 is currently running at stock. when i have the monitor set to 60Hz, it stutters with ff and ie, when i turn the refresh up to 70Hz, no issue.

definately not a machine issue as with bf2 idling in the background total ram usage is only ~540MB and cpu usage is 1-3%
 
i have really strange problems alt tabbing from WoW or running it in windowed mode sometimes. The resolution gets all wierd and there is strange system lag. I assume its something to do with the cpu dual core issue.
