Weird! T-Bird 900 detected at 950?

Ok, here's the deal: I recently did the pencil trick to O/C this baby... Unfortunately, it didn't seem to work, it wouldn't POST when I adjusted the multiplier using the dipswitches on my A7V. So, I figured OK, no big deal, I've got to install a new HSF and motherboard this week, I'll just wait and redo it then. I left the multiplier dipswitches set at the settings for 9X, and set it back to run at 9x107 as before, everything is back to normal. Just now I rebooted though, and it was detected after POST as a 950. I figured, OK, this is weird, I'll reboot again... 950... WCUPID tells me it's at 9.5X100.90=958.53, SiSoft Sandra says 959. The dipswitches are still set for 9X... Any ideas as to what's going on?

Bit of an update... Adjusted the FSB speed up to 104, running at 988 now... I can't figure this out...
