Weird stuff in mailbox after signing up for free stuff

I've been signing up for free stuff and as of recently been getting weird stuff that i have not even signed or have no recollection of signing up for. I've getting wallstreet journal, XBN are just a few of the stuff. I've also got a package with nothing in it 🙁
