Weird stuff happening to my monitor

Ok I just installed the rig in my signature and im using this old Dell Monitor that I found lying around. It supports 75ghz but I can see like waving thing along the borders of the screen.
 
It can probably support 75hz at some resolutions, not all. Make sure your running it at a res that it can handle 75hz with.
