I've been having this problem for a while now and I can't figure out what's causing it... From time to time the "All Programs" part of the start menu will become unresponsive. It'll open and list everything that's in it, but the rollover highlighting doesn't work, nor does clicking on anything (it'll close the listing).
What can be causing this? I tried forcing explorer.exe to quit and then relaunching it, but that didn't solve it. The only way of getting it back to work is logging off/back on.
