Weird sound coming from pc.

Hello guys . So i cleared up the case,put in the new 7950 i got from rma and i get this noise whenever i play a game or run a benchmark. What could it be?

i5 3570k
Sapphire HD7950 Dual-X
8gb ram ddr3
Asrock z77 extreme4
windows 7 64 bit
Litepower 700w Thermaltake

If you're referring to that chatter/chirp in the background, it could be the sound of a HDD that's headed south, or the noise a fan bearing makes when it begins wearing out.

Echoing what Bubbaleone mentioned. I hear fans, and what sounds like the arm/actuator of the hard drive. Which sound are you referring to?
