Weird sickness this week...

The past 4-5 days, right after dinner (or around 6-8pm), i've been getting sick pretty much everynight... Stomach aches, the "runs", gas, etc... It's almost like it hits me when I start to get tired.

Made an appt to see the dr. first thing monday morning, but any ideas what it could be? Never had anything like this before...
