Weird S-Video connector? (Chaintech GT21)

This card has a S-Video out (in & out?) plug but the included S-Video cable doesn't fit. The S-Video cable connector is 4 pin but the plug on the card has 8 or 9 pinholes in it. Is there more than 1 type of S-Video?

You've probably got the VIVO version. There should be a specific VIVO cable that plugs into that port. The S-Video cable should plug into that cable. I don't have one of these in front of me at the moment, so I can't verify this, but I'm relatively sure this is the case.

Ah, thanks! Yes, I do have the VIVO version. This makes sense now. Do you know if the adapter came with the card? I bought this awhile ago and can't find the box (with accessories)...
