Hi Guys,
I bought a 50" Samsung 720p Plasma TV from Best Buy about 4 months ago.
It's been great, but now it's developed a weird red glow that appears when the screen goes black. It's not burn it, as it presents a shadow of what was last displayed on the screen.
My warranty shows that Samsung offers 1 year warranty service, including potential in-home repair. I've done everything I can to keep burn in from happening. All my devices have screen savers, and I've been very diligent with turning the tv off, not allowing static content to stay on screen, etc.
It looks like Best Buy no longer carries the tv. What are the odds I can get them to just swap it with something similar? Or should I just go through Samsung?
