Weird Reboot

Ok this happened to me this morning. This was just strange. I was opening my email on my BOX and the screen went black, No blue screen no nothing and the whole machine rebooted. I got a WINDOW HAD A SERIOUS FAILURE. message. Checked the details and this is what i got.

I have no idea what this means. I am running a Virus scan right now but if anyone has any other ideas as to what this might be that would be great.

Ok cool looking that over now this is weird when i open dumchk.exe all it does is open and close. No chance to use any of the command lines. Any ideas on what is going on. I am confused.
 
Ok i followed the directions on how to check the windows DUMP check, and i can not make heads to tails of the error message that i am getting. Here is the info any help would be great.
