Weird problems with linksys wireless router and hard wired computer.

i have the linksys 4 port wireless router, i have main comp using ethernet and lappy on wireless, i was told of DNS problems with ATT BI
i don't seem to get any DNS problems at all on the laptop and problems on the main comp...the connection comes in and out
