Weird Problem

I have 2 drives with a number of different OS's on each. On one drive the Win7 OS the Mouse is not able to rt or left click though I get the mouse pointer and can move it around. But the Linux OS's on that same drive the mouse works fine.
The other drive which is a SSD has 2 Win7 OS's and 1 Win8.1 OS. The mouse works fine on only one of the Win7 OS's. The other 2 I get the same no rt or left click. I tried different mice and different USB ports but no luck. Weird!!!!

Are these OS's in separate partitions or simply separate folders?
