Weird Problem

So lately Ive been having a problem where I wake the computer up from sleep and the monitor essentially stays asleep. Each time it happens I have to unplug and replug the DVI cable and the display comes back. I think the computer is awake and everything but the display doesnt get the message. What is the issue? Driver? Windows problem? Hardware problem? What? Let me know! Thanks.

You probably meant to post this in the Computer Help forums section. But an offhand guess it might be something as simple as a bad monitor cable. You might want to try buying/borrowing another DVI cable and see if that fixes the problem.

Ah okay. Ill try that. I thought that might be it but wanted to double check. Ill see. Also lol - I didnt realize there was a forum for computer help. Duh. Haha. Ill post there next time.
