weird problem

I recently got a BSOD. I thought ok, just a random BSOD for some reason and ignored it. I did all my spyware scans and things like that, and I went to defrag because I havent in a while. During defrag (About 32% in) I got another BSOD. I ran prime95 and memtest and everything was stable. I started up my defrag again, and the BSOD popped up yet again. If I don't defrag, I don't get the BSOD. Does anyone know what this problem could be? My northbridge fan is dying on my A8N Deluxe, and the zalman Im going to replace it with is coming tomorrow. Could this be the reason, or what is it? Thanks

I just ran it.... but I dont know what it did. Is it just supposed to close when its done? It did all 3 steps then just closed. Never used chkdsk before, so I dont know what Im dealing with
