Weird problem with the bold, italic, underline buttons

When I press the bold, italic, or underlne key, it'll pop in the [ B ] followed by a personal password of mine that I don't use for this site, and in fact only use for my windows logon. I'm using Phoenix 0.5. Any solution? Is this a FuseTalk problem? I can;t replicate it in IE6, because it pops up an actual dialogue box for the text instead of inserting the code/text directly.
