Weird problem with site propagation

I'm hosting my friend's site through www.dathorn.com. We set everything up about 3 weeks ago, but he still can't see his own site. I can see it and other friends can see it.

He can get to his site through his temporary URL but not through his domain. I can get to his site through both.

I've had him try "ipconfig /flushdns" and I've had him reset his router. What else can we do?
