weird problem with outlook

i use outlook 2003, the problem is that whenever i shut the computer down with the outlook icon in the system tray, then next time turn the computer back on the outlook is not maximize, meaning it only takes up a smaller chunk on the monitor instead of going full screen. is this a problem or does this happen on all computers.

Right click the program's shortcut, open properties. In the Run combo box choose Maximized.
