Weird problem with my Abit IP35

So I've been plague with this problem ever since I gotten the board. The problem is that sometimes when I shut down my computer and lets say I turn it on the next morning, it won't post. My motherboard POST mini screen thing tells me that its my memory thats causing the problem. I've already switched different types of ram but the problem still occurs. The ram I have is the Crucial ddr2-800. The only way I've found to fix this is to clear CMOS numerous times and install 1 stick of ram. I have the voltage at 1.95, runs stable. Can someone pleae give me an explanation to what could be causing this?

Do you have an Antec PSU? There are reports about flaky performance from some Antec units. Definitely try another quality PSU OUTSIDE of the case. Connect only the mouse, keyboard, and HDD to isolate any hardware conflict. Use CPUz to confirm RAM speed and timing. Post them here. Is the RAM rated at 1.8V?

Also run Memtest86 test #5 for 50 loops.

The memory is rated at 2.2 V, but it runs stable at 1.95 volts. The ram speeds is at 4-4-4-12 at 416 Mhz. I have a cosair 520 HX. I'll download memtest86, its the one that runs outside of windows right? The one I have runs in windows.

Ok, well it passed test #5 for 50 passings. I really don't know what the problem is since I've had problems with my old ram as well as this one. Could it be the motherboard that is messed up?

Again, I'd strip the board bare and retest outside the case. Bump Vdimm to 2.2 per spec and raise timing to 5-5-5-15-2T.

I would also reflash the BIOS to 11 using the "WB" switch.

Oh ok, but I thought this ram is rated to run at 4-4-4-12-2T? Anyway, I will do what you have recommended. what is WB btw? Can I just use the abit flash thingy?
