Weird problem reading a .txt from CDROM

I am trying to install GTA: Vice Cuty and when it starts to install, it gives me a weird error like "Improper parameter" on the readme_italien.txt file. If I explore the CD and try to open the file, I get the error telling me that the file cannot be located, please insert the disc. The thing is, it works on my computer fine, so what the hell is up?
