Weird problem: google is blocking access to gamedev.net

Since a couple of months ago Im facing a weird problem: I get a 403 error from Google when trying to access gamedev.net. According to Gamedev, they have not banned my ip range,so, they guess Im being blocked even before reaching the url.
Can somebody give me an idea about what could be happening here?
 
Do a Trace and find out where it is block.

Please be aware that Google Blocking rules are different from one country to the other.

It seems a lot of similar problems happen to certain sites in the past year.

Use a VPN or a VPN browser like Opera could solve the problem.

Don't really have any ideas, but seems have something to do with web page redirect or external web pages taking too long to load though.
