Weird Powering Problems

I recently bought a new case and am switching over all my componments to said case. I have triple checked all my wiring and ram positioning etc etc. The problem i am having is that when i turn on the power supply switch on my power supply, not on the front of my case, all my fans turn on and my led's on my motherboard turn on. However i acn not turn my computer on or off using my power switch in the front of my computer. My reset button does not work either. My hard drives are not booting up either all thats happening is my fans and led's are turning on. Again this is just wheni turn on the switch on the power supply itself.

Any help would be much appreciated.
