weird pop up ad

i was opening my webpage when i noticed that an ad popped up. my webpage isn't configured for any sort of ad to pop up after being opened, especially since it is being hosted through my school.

when i checked the properties of the ad, it said that it was from res//E:Windows\system32\shdoclc.dll\..........

does anyone know how to get rid of this? because it happens randomly when i open other webpages as well.... thanks!

I have a weird one too. It's for some kind of German web cam.:disgust: I have ad-aware and Norton 2002 and Anti-Trojan. None of these programs finds it!
Any suggestions?

i've tried adware.... it didn't detect it.... any other suggestions???

Well if you know the location then can't you just search for it and delete it?

i could but it's a .dll file... i dunno if it's something i'd want to do....
