In our neighborhood there has been this Plumbing truck parked there for 2weeks and I noticed this funky antenna on the back roof of the truck sticking out. Searching google, I found the match of what the antenna looks like.

What is that used for, seems bulky for cell phone/radio use.

Call the local 5-0 and report a suspicous vehicle and that you think you say a gun in the front driver seat. Make sure to film as SWAT shows up to take down the van.

It's the Wet Bandits casing the neighborhood and waiting for everyone to leave for Spring Break. They are tired of working Christmas.

They prob have some crawler in the main lines and are using the antenna to send and receive commands.

Probably surveillance of some sort. If you see someone go to it, go ask if they have a spare 1/2" T fitting or something, just so you can approach it with no suspicion and try to have a look at the equipment inside. This is a situation where Google Glass would actually be handy. :p

If they seem very defensive about you being near the van then it probably definitely is government related. Lookup the name of the plumbing company that's on it an see if you find anything.

Is one of your neighbors a plumber? 2 weeks is a long time to park a plumbing truck if they don't live there.

Take some coffee and donuts out to them and mention the suspicious activities of neighbors you don't like.

Sure, it's a plumbing truck. Either it's Nate's Sink Assemblers or Fred's Bidet Installers.

Oh and Drax, if a British man in a tuxedo starts talking to you, I'd run.

I dare you go go around it and just start taking lot of pictures. Also carry a backpack with an antenna sticking out and hold some kind of tool that looks like a scanner or sorts. You'll want to be wearing earphones too.

On serious note though, you should take a pic and post it, kinda curious to see what this looks like. :p

Oh and check for any weird wifi networks like "FBI Surveillance van #394"
